Refund & Return Policy

At Marlozzi, we want you to shop with confidence. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled for orders placed on marlozzi.com. 

 

This policy is intended to comply with applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under applicable law. 

 

30-Day Return Policy We accept returns for eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.  

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must: 

  • Be returned within the 30-day return period. 

     

  • Be unused or only minimally used to inspect the product.

  • Be in its original condition and packaging.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, and inserts.

  • Be free from accidental damage, misuse, or abuse. 

 

Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse: Please note that returns due to personal preference, change of mind, ordering the wrong size/color, or "no longer wanted" are accepted strictly at our discretion. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We take quality control seriously, but if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right by offering a full refund or a free replacement. 

 

Reporting Timeframes: To ensure we can process your claim with our logistics partners, you must report the issue promptly: 

  • Electronic Products (e.g., Steam Therapy Pro): Must be reported within 7 days of delivery. 

     

  • Non-Electronic Products: Must be reported within 3 days of delivery. 

 

How to File a Claim: Email us immediately at support@marlozzi.com with the following: 

  • Your full name and order number. 

     

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/defective item.

  • A photo of the shipping packaging and shipping label.

  • A brief description of the issue. 

 

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframes, or failure to provide photographic evidence, may result in your claim being denied. 

 

Delayed or Lost Orders If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.  

 

We will issue a full refund or send a free replacement if your order is not received within 45 days from the date of payment (for US orders), provided that the tracking information shows no recent movement.  

 

Note: If tracking indicates the package was successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are generally not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation, except where required by applicable law. 

 

How to Start a Return To request a return, email us at support@marlozzi.com with your order number and reason for return.  

 

Our support team will evaluate your request and provide return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address. Please do not send items back to the manufacturer or to the address on the shipping package without receiving return authorization from us. Doing so will result in the loss of your item and the denial of your refund. 

 

Refunds After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. 

 

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. 

 

We do not charge restocking fees. However, unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

 

Order Cancellations Orders may be canceled and fully refunded if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, the order may be eligible for return under this policy after delivery.
