Thank you for shopping with Marlozzi. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through marlozzi.com. 

 

We strive to provide a smooth shopping experience and keep customers informed throughout the fulfillment process. While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. 

 

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. 

 

Shipping Locations We currently ship to customers within the United States. If we expand shipping to additional countries in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly. 

 

Order Processing Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. 

 

Processing includes: 

  • Payment verification 

     

  • Order review

  • Inventory confirmation

  • Packaging

  • Shipment preparation 

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. 

 

Shipping Time After processing, most orders are delivered within 7–20 business days, depending on the warehouse location your item is fulfilled from.  

 

  • Domestic Warehouse Fulfillment: Typically 5–10 business days. 

     

  • International Warehouse Fulfillment: Typically 10–20 business days. 

 

Estimated delivery times are based on normal carrier operations and may vary depending on customer location, carrier performance, weather conditions, seasonal shipping volumes, and supply chain disruptions. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. 

 

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please allow up to 3–5 days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after international shipment. 

 

Fulfillment Partners Marlozzi fulfills products through trusted third-party logistics partners and suppliers globally. Although fulfillment may be performed by third parties, Marlozzi remains your sole point of contact for customer service, returns, exchanges, and order-related questions. 

 

Split Shipments To improve delivery speed and inventory availability, orders containing multiple products may ship separately from different warehouses. If this occurs, you will not be charged additional shipping, and separate tracking numbers will be provided. 

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. 

 

If an incorrect address is submitted: 

  • We cannot guarantee successful delivery. 

     

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may be subject to re-shipping fees.

  • Refunds may be reduced by shipping costs already incurred where permitted by law. 

 

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@marlozzi.com. While we will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun. 

 

Lost Packages & Delivery Disputes If your package appears to be lost in transit, please verify the tracking information, check with household members or neighbors, and contact us at support@marlozzi.com 

 

If an order has not been received within 45 days from the date of payment, and tracking shows no recent movement, we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a replacement or refund. 

 

Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier to the address provided, Marlozzi is generally not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery occurring after delivery confirmation, except where required by applicable law.
