How does the pet nebulizer work?

Inside is a tiny metal plate with lots of very small holes. When you press the button, the plate vibrates and pushes the liquid through the holes as a fine mist. Your pet breathes normally inside the mask and takes in the mist. No air pump means no roaring motor and no blast of air on your pet's face.
