How does the pulley back brace work?

Wrap the brace around your waist with the back plate centered on your lower back, then close the front. Pull both finger tabs forward to tighten. The pulleys turn a light pull into firm, even support. To loosen, release the tabs and adjust until it feels right.

Will it fit me?

Measure around your belly at belly-button level, not your pant size. If you're between sizes, choose the larger one; the pulley system takes up the extra room. Check the size chart in the images before ordering.
