How does the advent calendar work?

Starting 1 December, press open the door with that day's number. Inside is a small flat acrylic dachshund ornament with a cord attached. Peel off the thin protective film, then hang it on your tree, a garland, a shelf or a window. Do the same each day until the 24th.

How big are the ornaments?

Each ornament is about 2 to 2.4 inches (5–6 cm) tall and flat, not 3D. The box measures about 11 × 8.7 × 1.4 inches. The pieces are small enough to fill a tree without crowding it and easy to store flat after Christmas. The pieces are small, so they're not suitable for children under 3.
