Stop Fighting the Bowl. Mix, Pour and Fill Every Cup Perfectly.

A 900ml mixing pitcher with a squeeze trigger in the base — mix your batter in it, hold it over the tray, and squeeze. Cupcakes, pancakes, waffles and crêpes, without a spoon or a single drip on the counter.

Releases from the bottom, not the rim — no batter running down the side of the jug
Squeeze to pour, release to stop — the valve shuts the instant you let go
One pitcher does all three jobs — mix in it, pour from it, store the rest in it
Sits on its own drip stand — put it down mid-bake, counter stays clean

How does the No Mess Cake Mixer work?

Add your ingredients through the wide mouth, clip the lid on and shake — or fill it with batter you've already mixed. Hold it over your tray or pan by the handle and squeeze: a valve opens in the base and batter flows straight down where you're pointing it. Let go and the flow stops. Between pours, rest it on the drip stand that comes in the box.

Will it work with my batter?

Yes for cupcake, cake, pancake, muffin, waffle and crêpe batter. The opening in the base is wider than a blueberry or a chocolate chip, so mix-ins pass through instead of jamming. It feeds by gravity rather than pressure, so a very stiff batter needs a splash more milk to flow properly.

From two spoons and a mess to one clean squeeze

Balancing the bowl on one arm, scraping with one spoon, pushing it off with the other. One liner ends up brimming, the next is half empty, and there's a ring of batter around the tray before it even reaches the oven. The baking was the part you wanted. The transferring is the part that costs you ten minutes with a cloth afterwards.

This takes that step out entirely. Batter leaves through the base instead of over a rim, so there's no edge for it to cling to and nothing running down the outside. Hold, squeeze, release, move to the next cup — and when the tray is full, the counter looks how it did when you started.

Built for cupcake trays, pancake mornings and everything in between

A 24-cup tray fills in about a minute with every liner at the same level, because your hand is controlling the pour instead of a spoon guessing at it. On a pan the batter lands dead centre and spreads into a circle by itself, so a stack actually comes out the same size all the way up.

The squeeze is light enough for small hands, which makes pouring the one job you can hand over to a child without repainting the kitchen. And with the lid on, whatever batter is left goes straight into the fridge in the same pitcher you poured from.
